Project components are determined in concert with clients, but usually include: review of organizational history; interviews with stakeholders; benchmarking; analysis of financial status, capitalization and business planning; identification and discussion of key strategic issues; creation of logic models; and development of written plans with implications for governance, program, management, finances and assessment.
