Working with 5 funders in the Puget Sound, Helicon is organizing a series of conferences designed to help cultural organizations increase their adaptability in the face of a rapidly shifting environment. http://www.giarts.org/dynamic-adaptability The first convening, on February 8, focused on capitalization tools and strategies. Clara Miller, President and CEO of the Nonprofit Finance Fund was featured speaker. The second event, on May 3, will focus on leadership and guiding change when change is hard. Chip Heath, author of Switch, will keynote. The third event, on June 21, will focus on audiences and technology.
